Jr Front-end-developer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Front-end Developer role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for web applications.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code and alignment with UX and design guidelines.
• Develop responsive layouts.
• Optimize performance across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with back-end and product teams.
• Integrate APIs and services into front-end components.
• Troubleshoot UI issues.
• Maintain documentation.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold development standards and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Front-End Development skills.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience in Responsive Web Design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Focus on performance optimization and accessibility.
• Solid foundation in Web Development and Software Development principles.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Experience with debugging practices.
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to deliver within project timelines.

Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, build tools (e.g., Webpack, npm), and testing frameworks is an advantage.

Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or sustainability-focused domains is a plus.
