About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Motion Graphics, 3D Animation, and Video Editor/Colorist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create motion graphics and 3D animation for brand campaigns, digital content, and experiential activations.
- Edit video content, refine pacing and storytelling.
- Perform color grading to achieve a consistent visual style across projects.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams.
- Interpret briefs.
- Develop storyboards.
- Prepare graphic assets.
- Deliver final outputs optimized for multiple platforms.
- Maintain organized project files.
- Meet production timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills.
- Graphics and Storyboarding skills.
- Video Production skills, including editing and color grading.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Capacity to work collaboratively under deadlines.
- Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, digital content, or experiential campaigns is beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Media, Film, or a related field is beneficial.
