Job Title: International Customer Service Associate | VOICE & CHAT
About the Role

- The role involves handling a UK & US Voice & Chat / Blended Process.
- Location: Pune
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Days
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Way Cab Facility
- Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle UK & US customer interactions through Voice and Chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and process KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and process standards.
- Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates looking to start their career in International BPO / Customer Support.
- Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred.
