Surveyor Trainee / Junior Field Surveyor / GIS Associate

About the Role

Pushanvir Software Solutions LLP is hiring for the role of Surveyor Trainee / Junior Field Surveyor / GIS Associate for a project with the Land Records Department, Ratnagiri District, Government of Maharashtra. This is a full-time, project-based position located in Ratnagiri District.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys, topographical surveys, and land measurements.
• Assist in cadastral surveys, land demarcation, boundary verification, and subdivision surveys.
• Operate Total Station, DGPS/GNSS, and Auto Level surveying instruments under supervision.
• Collect and verify land parcel measurements and field survey data.
• Assist with GIS mapping, digital land records, and geospatial data processing.
• Prepare survey drawings, sketches, maps, and measurement reports.
• Work with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, and related surveying tools.
• Maintain daily survey progress reports and field documentation.
• Coordinate with project supervisors and departmental officials.
• Travel and work across assigned villages and talukas in Ratnagiri District.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Diploma Civil Engineering
• M.Tech – Civil Engineering
• ITI Surveyor
• ITI Civil Draftsman

Candidate Profile

• Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Must have a Civil Engineering or relevant Surveying educational background.
• Basic knowledge of surveying instruments is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel throughout Ratnagiri District.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• First preference: Candidates from Ratnagiri District, Maharashtra.
