About the Role

The Cross Markets Group (CMG) is an investment banking team dedicated to covering corporate clients and sponsor portfolio companies, as well as financial sponsors. The team provides M&A, financing, and other corporate finance solutions. Analysts and associates gain exposure to deal execution and advise clients across products.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers.
• Provide financial solutions for acquisitions.
• Structure initial public offerings.
• Expand Investment Banking’s coverage of corporate clients and sponsor portfolio companies.
• Provide M&A, financing, and other corporate finance solutions.
• Work with founders, sponsors, and executives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Investment banking internship experience
• Financial modeling
• Preparing and maintaining industry/company presentations
• Benchmarking materials
• Other process documents
• Interest in Consumer Retail and Industrials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detail.
• Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities.
• Capacity to interact and build relationships with a wide range of people and act as a point of contact.
