About the Role

Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Engagement Specialist (Inside Sales) to join our team. This role focuses on making soft calls to potential clients, explaining company services, and setting up meetings with the sales team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for generating interest in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to potential clients (leads) to introduce and explain company services.
• Assess and qualify leads based on interest and needs.
• Schedule meetings or demos between potential clients and the sales team.
• Maintain positive relationships with leads, addressing queries, and building confidence for meeting scheduling.
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet taken action.
• Log all interactions and lead details in the CRM system.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, meetings scheduled, and conversions.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights to improve the lead-generation process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, confident, and engaging phone presence.
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Proven ability to engage with potential clients, explain services effectively, and handle objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable with regular follow-ups and persistent efforts to schedule meetings.
• Ability to collaborate with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related domains).
