Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, Kolkata (On-Site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Compensation Structure
- Probation Period (First 4 Months): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Post-Probation CTC: ₹5 LPA
- ₹3.5 LPA Fixed
- ₹1.5 LPA Incentives & Variables (Performance-Based)
About the Role
- High-energy, target-driven Business Development Executive to join the team.
- Demands strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide potential learners.
- Responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, conducting professional discussions, and converting them into enrolled learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with interested prospects to explain AI Academia’s programs and offerings.
- Manage lead pipelines through regular follow-ups and structured communication.
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and counselling sessions with potential learners.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly business targets with consistent performance.
- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining data.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and client conversations.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow in the ed-tech & AI industry.
- Can join immediately and work from the office at Mani Casadona.
