Main Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Off-boarding: Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, training schedules, and new hire and exit paperwork.
• Projects: Assist in HR projects and initiatives as required and necessary.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Education Level: Current students, typically rising juniors/seniors; freshmen and sophomores welcome.
• Relevant Previous Experience: In relevant major internship focus.
• Knowledge Areas/Skills:
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and about vacuum technologies in a professional/dynamic environment.
