Supply Chain Leadership Development Program

About the Role

The Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed for individuals to gain varied experiences across different supply chain teams and locations. The program begins on July 12, 2027, with rotations available in Beloit, WI, and Rothschild, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business objectives, demand & supply planning, and data integrity projects.
• Work with top customers in supply management meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing sites, quality, finance, and sales teams.
• Support optimization projects and ongoing operations of key Distribution Centers.
• Enable and drive the Go to Market Commercialization Project.
• Contribute to business growth by working on acquisition due diligence projects.
• Report monthly on capacity reports and supplier audits, and present data to teams and colleagues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027.
• Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sponsorships are not provided for early career roles).
• Advanced Analytical, project management, planning, or problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team.
• A curious mindset.
• Internship experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $65,000 - $70,000.
• Eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
