Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of graphic design, product customization, print-ready artwork, and branding. The role involves designing trophies, medals, corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, product artwork, and marketing creatives, while coordinating with sales and production teams for accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative artwork for trophies, medals, badges, corporate gifts, and promotional merchandise.
• Create logos, branding materials, product designs, and customized client artwork.
• Prepare print-ready files for UV printing, laser engraving, vinyl cutting, and other production processes.
• Design social media creatives, product catalogues, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
• Work on product layouts, typography, image editing, and branding elements.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are technically accurate and production-ready.
• Convert client requirements into effective visual designs.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour combinations, and visual composition.
• Knowledge of print-ready file preparation, vector artwork, and image editing.
• Basic understanding of laser engraving, UV printing, and other printing processes.
• Ability to follow client instructions and make revisions accurately.
• Attention to detail, creativity, time management, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design is preferred; candidates with relevant practical skills may also apply.
• Freshers with good design skills and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
