About the Role

The Supply Chain Specialist – D2C/E-Commerce will manage end-to-end supply chain operations for Crepdog Crew’s direct-to-consumer and online channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, responsible for overseeing inventory planning, order fulfillment, and coordination with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock movements.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory.
• Track inbound, demand planning, and outbound shipments.
• Align supply chain activities with promotions and new product drops.
• Analyze operational data.
• Identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, merchandising, customer support) to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Support scalability as the business grows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, ERPs, or inventory management systems is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to oversee D2C/e-commerce workflows and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and support accurate order fulfillment.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret demand data, track KPIs, and drive process optimization across the supply chain.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners and resolve operational issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in retail or fashion/e-commerce is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Saket.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to uphold high standards of reliability and integrity.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am - 8pm
