About the Role

The Cafe Staff role is a full-time, on-site position at Nothing Before Coffee, Koramangala. This role involves preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items according to established recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests
• Taking orders
• Managing the POS system
• Ensuring timely, accurate service
• Maintaining cleanliness of the service area, seating space, and equipment
• Following food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Restocking supplies
• Supporting team members during busy hours
• Contributing to a positive, customer-focused environment
