Collection Executive

About the Role

Agrim Fincap is a digitally driven, RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) providing simple, secure, and scalable financial solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Interact with customers to resolve overdue accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies.
• Monitor credit exposure.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Escalate complex cases when required.
• Collaborate with the credit and finance teams to reduce delinquency rates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Support overall portfolio health.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work with MS Office and collection/CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow structured processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, including experience managing overdue accounts and repayment follow-ups.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and negotiate effectively.
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess repayment behavior, identify risk patterns, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Foundational Finance knowledge to understand lending products, repayment structures, and regulatory considerations.
• Relevant experience in collections, lending, banking, or NBFC operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Resilience under pressure.
• A customer-centric approach to resolving payment issues.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is advantageous.
