About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills, particularly in Malayalam.
- Keen eye for identifying talent.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
