Analyst, Supply Chain

About the Role

This Supply Chain Analyst position is based in Dulles, VA, and is 100% on-site. The analyst will serve as a central point of contact for IT Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products and provide limited hardware and software services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of contact for IT COTS products.
• Provide limited hardware and software services to a broad customer base.
• Support a Monday - Friday eight-hour daily work schedule, with hours varying between 08:00 to 18:30.
• Use technical judgment to maintain and utilize customer-approved products list.
• Identify and execute opportunities for improvement to Raytheon program management based on customer interactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience with supply chain management.
• IT experience.
• Customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Typically, a bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years relevant job experience.
• Prior SAP PRISM/APEX / Business Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience in Logistics (material acquisition and material handling) is preferred.
• Familiarity in technical systems engineering and integration or IT support/design is preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative, delivery-focused, team player is preferred.
