About the Role

Client Services Representative

Viridian Staffing is seeking a Client Services Representative to work closely with the Recruiting and Business Development teams to support clients, strengthen relationships, and help achieve partnership goals. This role combines client service, recruiting support, and sales collaboration. You will support sales presentations, help assess client hiring needs, and serve as a key connection between clients and the Talent Acquisition team. Regular communication with clients will be important to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and client expectations are addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Development and Recruiting teams to support client relationships and partnership goals.
• Assist the Business Development team with sales presentations.
• Work with the Recruiting team to analyze client needs and support talent acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer service.
• Serve as the primary connection between clients and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Communicate regularly with clients to monitor service delivery and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Represent and collaborate with recruiting professionals to support client requirements.
• Contribute to client relationship management and business growth efforts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience using Google Workspace (G Suite) products, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort using LinkedIn.
• Ability to work remotely from a suitable home office space free from disruptions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar business-related field, OR at least one year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
• For candidates without recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience, ideally at least one year of experience in the cannabis industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn from experienced recruiting professionals.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a remote position.
• Part-time employment may be considered for the right candidate.
