About the Role

Fluxara Global Tech is seeking a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant Intern (Non-Paid) in Bengaluru. This internship will support the finance and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day tasks.
• Perform bookkeeping.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in basic tax and compliance documentation.
• Help review financial data for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial implications of business decisions.
• Prepare simple reports and reconciliations.
• Learn to use accounting and financial tools under guidance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERPs (such as Tally, Zoho, or similar).

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) course or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity.
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
• Understanding of corporate finance and exposure to audit, compliance, or internal controls is an advantage.
• Availability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru for the internship duration.
