About the Role
We're hiring an HR Executive at Boomerang (Jaipur, on-site). This role requires ownership of the office environment, beyond just administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Run recruitment end to end, from sourcing to closing candidates
- Handle conflicts around the office calmly and fairly
- Foster and maintain office culture, including Fun Fridays
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for the team
Qualifications
- Bold and confident with the ability to have difficult conversations and set boundaries
- 1 to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Experience in a SaaS or IT company is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
