Campus Dispatch Operator

About the Role

• Maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses for disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages.
• Work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
