Training Path
- Crew Member: Learn the basics (4-6 weeks)
- Crew Trainer: Class and practice (3 weeks)
- Management Candidate: Interview, background check, classes, practice (12-15 weeks)
- Certified McDonald's Manager: Run a shift yourself. This certification is recognized by all McDonald's restaurants globally.
Note: The timeline to management is approximately 4-6 weeks for basic crew, 3 weeks for Crew Trainer, and 12-15 weeks for management candidate training.
