About the Role

Participate in a comprehensive training program that provides hands-on experience in all aspects of store operations. Develop leadership skills through participation in advanced training programs, with opportunities for relocation upon program completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and support store management with daily store functions, including department operations, inventory control, and customer service.
• Learn store processes such as employee performance management, disciplinary procedures, and communication with staff.
• Participate in various store departments, understanding their responsibilities and workflows.
• Conduct store walkthroughs, support HR activities, and engage in pricing, merchandising, and support activities like receiving, stocking, and ecommerce shipping.
• Contribute to associate recruitment and recognition programs.
• Fulfill duties of store-level positions to gain a broad understanding of retail management.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail or customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license.
• Adaptability.
• Communication skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and leadership development.
