Key Responsibilities
- Learn to work at various stations: grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help and serve customers and team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others.
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Qualifications
- Experience is not required; we welcome individuals with prior roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook, and those with no prior experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, eligible for digital tips.
