Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections, including move-in, move-out, and periodic checks.
• Utilize Simplease's technology platform to record property details, photographs, videos, and observations.
• Create detailed digital inventories documenting furniture, appliances, fixtures, and property conditions.
• Assist in documenting property conditions during tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Capture high-quality property photographs and walkthrough videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging property videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Review inspection reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
