About the Role

Vision Spark is a US-based staffing and HR solutions consultancy seeking a Human Resources Intern. This remote internship offers practical experience in modern HR practices within a collaborative and adaptive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for US IT job openings.
• Learn resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
• Understand US IT job descriptions and technical skills.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Learn about US staffing, recruitment processes, and client requirements.
• Support HR Management and Personnel Management activities.
• Assist with record keeping and coordination tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with digital tools, HR systems, and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge and strong interest in pursuing an HR career.
• Understanding of HR Policies and basic awareness of Employee Benefits concepts or willingness to learn.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with team members across time zones, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn US IT recruitment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• No prior recruitment experience required.
