About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Tracking work progress.
- Generating client and subcontractor bills in accordance with project contracts and specifications.
- Conducting quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Performing rate analysis.
- Coordinating with the site team to validate quantities.
- Updating billing systems and records.
- Supporting quantity surveying activities.
- Reconciling material and labor consumption.
- Addressing billing queries.
- Ensuring accurate documentation for audits and management reporting.
- Collaborating with project managers, vendors, and accounts staff to maintain timely billing and cash flow.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in other relevant construction or ERP software.
Qualifications
- Strong billing and documentation skills, including experience with BOQ preparation and Billing Systems.
- Quantity and cost management skills, such as Quantity Surveying and Rate Analysis.
- Solid Analytical Skills to verify quantities, validate data, and resolve discrepancies.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction or interiors billing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
