About the Role

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites. You will be responsible for building themes, customizing plugins, ensuring site security, and optimizing website performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
• Ensure website security, performance, and responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and custom features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Work with designers and content creators to implement website features.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks.
• Implement best practices for UI/UX and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg, WooCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with custom themes and plugin development.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Understanding of website security and performance enhancement techniques.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, and domain management.
• Basic understanding of Git/version control systems (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Laravel, React.js, or Vue.js (a plus).
• Familiarity with website analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of headless WordPress and API-driven development.
• Experience in website migration and troubleshooting complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in WordPress development (freshers with strong skills can apply).
