Manager – Deals (DDV)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage Post Merger Integration, Carve-out, and IT Due Diligence projects.
• Define IT / Digital Strategy, migration strategy, and identify value creation areas in technology.
• Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
• Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams and within PwC.
• Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives.
• Lead and manage PwC Teams.
• Work seamlessly with global teams (client-end and PwC).

Educational Qualification & Skills

• MBA or B.Tech / BE with 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Must have experience in PMI / Carve-out / IT DD work.
• Must Haves:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player with ability to work across large teams (internal and external).

Desirable Experience

• Good understanding of IT Strategy, Tech transformations, ERP (SAP), IT Infrastructure, Cloud assessment, Enterprise architecture, IT costs, IT benchmarks, and Digital technologies assessments.
• Manage Program/Project Management for IT workstreams in large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Management consulting experience in areas like IT, Digital Technology, cloud, Finance, MIS and Reporting.
• Leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.
• Knowledge in any specific sector.

Assistant Manager – Deals (DDV)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Post Merger Integration, Carve-out, and IT Due Diligence projects.
• Interact at multiple levels in client teams as part of the project.
• Support business development and practice management initiatives.

Educational Qualification & Skills

• MBA or B.Tech / BE with 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Must Haves:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player with ability to work across large teams (internal and external).

Desirable Experience

• PMI / Carve-out / IT Due Diligence experience / Product Due Diligence.
• Combination of experience in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Technology transformations, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Cloud assessment / migration, IT costs, IT benchmarks, and Digital technologies assessments.
• Manage Program/Project Management for IT workstreams in large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Management consulting experience in areas like IT, Digital Technology, Cloud, Finance, MIS and Reporting.
• Ability to work seamlessly with global teams.
• Running or being part of large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.
• Prior consulting experience.

• Industry experience in functional or business areas like HR, Finance, Operations, IT.
