Founders Office Intern

About the Role

• Work closely with the founders and leadership team across strategy, business development, research, operations, product, and growth.
• Gain exposure to real startup challenges and are expected to research, think, execute, and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder on strategic and business initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
• Identify potential customers, partners, investors, and business opportunities.
• Support business development and outreach initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, research reports, proposals, and business documents.
• Assist in product and market validation activities.
• Track and coordinate important business initiatives and follow-ups.
• Support founder-level meetings, discussions, and action items.
• Explore emerging trends in AI, Digital Humans, Conversational AI, and related technologies.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that can directly contribute to company growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent communication is strongly preferred.
• Strong research and analytical thinking.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
• High curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
• Strong ownership mentality.
• Passionate about startups, technology, AI, and building high-growth companies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office and presentation tools.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, startup, entrepreneurial, or project experience is a plus.
• Interested in understanding how startups are built.
• Enjoys working closely with founders and leadership.
• Excited by AI and emerging technologies.
• Wants exposure to multiple areas rather than being restricted to one function.
• Ambitious, proactive, and willing to take responsibility early.

Compensation & Location

• Stipend: 15,000/month
• Location: Jaipur / Jodhpur
