Rollenbeschreibung

As an IT Specialist at Palumbo Group in Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations at the site. This is a full-time, on-site position closely linked with the company's international business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the network and system infrastructure.
• Installation and updating of hardware and software.
• Monitoring IT security.
• Analyzing and resolving technical disruptions (Troubleshooting).
• Providing efficient IT support and service-oriented assistance to colleagues on-site.

Qualifications

• Network Administration & Network Security: Proficient knowledge in setting up, managing, and securing networks (e.g., Firewalls, VPN, Monitoring).
• Information Technology & Troubleshooting: Experience with common operating systems, server and client environments, and strong skills in analyzing and resolving technical problems.
• Customer and User Support: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and provide solution-oriented support.
• Additional Technical and Methodological Competencies:
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
• Teamwork ability.
• Independent work style.
• Good English skills.
