About the Role

Chawla & Bhasin Co. is a real estate firm focused on luxury homes and smart investment opportunities in Gurgaon and the wider Delhi NCR region. The company specializes in builder floors, high-rise apartments, residential plots, and commercial properties, offering verified listings and exclusive deals.

The Human Resource Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding team members aligned with the company’s real estate business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support staff.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding team members.
• Overseeing HR policies, employee records, and attendance.
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Managing performance review processes.
• Coordinating training and development programs.
• Supporting sales and property advisory teams with HR-related requirements.
• Fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Handling employee engagement initiatives.
• Resolving HR queries.
• Partnering with management to support workforce planning in line with business growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with HR software.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Basic data analysis for HR reporting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR administration and compliance, including maintaining employee records, handling attendance and leave, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams in a real estate environment, with an understanding of property brokerage or real estate services preferred.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused setting in Gurugram, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
