Software Engineer
MintMCP
About the Role
MintMCP is building the infrastructure that makes a company's work runnable by agents, starting with trust. Our first product is an MCP gateway that provides governed access to company data and tools for agents. We are expanding the agent stack with connectors, monitoring, sandboxing, long-running agents, and memory, with the goal of becoming the system a company's work runs on. The role involves owning features end to end, from conception to production, across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. The work leans backend and infra, but spans the full stack.
