About the Role

Smart IMS Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
• Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant teams.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Telugu is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are eligible.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
