Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in design, analysis, or testing depending on the department (Mechanical, Mechatronics).
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain project records.
• Use CAD or engineering software for modeling and simulations.
• Perform quality checks and assist in lab/testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of design processes, quality checks, and testing procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects.
