Role: Business Development Associate
Location: Gurugram / Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM
Week Offs: Monday & Tuesday
CTC: ₹7 – 8.4 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend the right programs.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Maintain records and follow-ups in the CRM.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- UG: B.Tech (Tech) or B.Com / BBA (Non-Tech)
- PG: M.Tech (Tech) or MBA – Marketing & Sales (Non-Tech)
- Age: Up to 29 years
