About the Role

Dentzz Dental is an award-winning, full mouth reconstruction practice in Dubai, Mumbai, and Delhi. We are expanding our team and looking for a dentist to build trust with patients and guide them through complex treatment decisions. This vacancy is for our Mumbai, India branch.

The Role

• Lead consultations for full mouth reconstructions, implants, and veneers.
• Understand patient concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and help patients feel confident and informed in committing to the right treatment plan.
• Your primary value is in the consultation experience: earning trust, communicating value, and helping patients move forward with care.
• Clinical execution is handled by a specialist team; clinical skill is a bonus, not a requirement.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Dental Council Registration.
• A natural communicator, comfortable consulting with patients across nationalities and building trust quickly.
• High EQ and genuine empathy; ability to read patients and adapt communication.
• Confident discussing comprehensive and extensive treatment plans in a way patients understand and trust.
• Coachable and open to training on consultation approach and protocols.
• A team player thriving in a collaborative setup with a specialist clinical team.
• Bonus: Clinical skill/experience in implants, veneers, or full mouth reconstruction (subject to meeting our standards), if you wish to execute them yourself.

Remuneration

• Rs 2 lakhs per month for the right candidate who requires minimal training.
• Potential earning of Rs 2 to 6 lakhs per month through performance bonuses.
