About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Construct precise, structured reasoning logs for sophisticated technical problems.
- Document sequential decision-making and strategic planning workflows.
- Demonstrate proficient tool selection and use in complex, multi-step scenarios.
- Generate high-quality training datasets for AI models.
- Review and critically evaluate AI-generated reasoning steps, identifying gaps and errors.
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
Qualifications
- Experienced professional with a strong background in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Exceptional ability to break down complex logical processes and articulate them clearly in writing.
- A structured, methodical thinker who naturally documents their reasoning.
- Sharp critical eye for auditing AI-generated reasoning.
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently.
- Holds a Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant technical field.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI/ML evaluation pipelines.
- Familiarity with LLM behavior, RLHF, or AI alignment concepts.
- Background in technical writing, research documentation, or systems design.
- Experience working with AI tools, APIs, or coding assistants in a professional context.
