About the Role
NavMarg Overseas is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their growing team in a Remote role as a Sea Freight Pricing & Quotation Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling import & export sea freight pricing and quotations (FCL/LCL)
- Sourcing and negotiating rates with shipping lines, co-loaders and overseas agents
- Analysing freight rates, local charges, surcharges and market trends
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending competitive solutions
- Following up on enquiries and coordinating with sales and operations teams
- Maintaining updated rate sheets and ensuring timely, accurate quotations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mid-level experience in sea freight pricing or quotations within freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of FCL/LCL, Incoterms, shipping line tariffs and freight surcharges
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines, overseas agents and vendors
- Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication
- A commercial mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
