About the Role

UGLY is an e-commerce and quick-commerce growth agency that helps consumer and D2C brands win across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Instamart, and Shopify. The team combines strategy, creative, and execution to drive marketplace growth through optimized listings, content, ads, and disciplined operations. UGLY specializes in conversion-focused creative, including photography, video, design, and brand strategy tailored for high-performance marketplace tiles. Brands trust UGLY with both their commerce and creative needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product banners, social media creatives, infographics, and promotional graphics for e-commerce platforms.
• Create engaging listing images and A+ content (for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
• Assist in photo editing, background cleanup, and image retouching.
• Stay updated with e-commerce and design trends to help optimize visual appeal and conversion.

Qualifications

• Internship role with no specific years of experience required.
• Familiarity with design principles and e-commerce visual trends.
