Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Proactively reach out to prospects to introduce products/services and set up meetings or demos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and track their performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year in a Sales role.
- Education: A candidate who is pursuing or recently completed their graduation. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
