About the Role

This is a face-to-face, customer-facing sales position ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and are seeking to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The role is suited for those who enjoy engaging with the public, can hold a conversation with ease, and prefer being out and about rather than behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging customers in-person at retail locations, events, and community areas
• Representing well-known brands through face-to-face sales campaigns
• Speaking directly with new and prospective customers about our client’s products or services
• Answering questions and guiding customers through the sign-up process
• Supporting team sales goals and contributing to a positive event atmosphere

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality
• Enjoys speaking with people and building rapport quickly
• Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
• Positive, motivated, and excited to learn new skills
• Able to work on-site (Washington, DC)
• Entry-level applicants welcome – full product and sales training is provided

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus — but not required
• Full-time availability required
