About the Role
- OPT Recruiter (Non-IT) for Night Shifts
- Location: Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Office Timings: 6:30pm - 3:30am
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for Non-IT roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Understand US work authorization, visa processes, and recruitment best practices.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements while meeting recruitment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the US recruitment process, work authorization, and visa types is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
