Key Responsibilities (Business Development Team)
- Solicit tie-ups with Educational Institutions for meeting their requirements.
- New client acquisition.
- Understanding the clients' training requirements & suggesting appropriate training solutions.
- Client servicing.
- Coordinate with Ops teams & clients on a regular basis to execute the training smoothly.
- Feedback management.
- Revenue generation.
- Consistently meeting quarterly and half-yearly targets.
- New business development.
Key Responsibilities (Operations Team)
- Work with Educational Institutions and execute the Training Programs.
- Managing the workload of trainers and streamlining training operations.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal trainers and freelance trainers for the flawless execution of training programs.
- Ensure that all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentations.
- Hiring Full Time Trainers for seamless execution of training programs.
- Hiring Freelance Trainers for seamless execution of training programs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidate must own a personal laptop.
- Candidate must own a Two/Four Wheeler.
