About the Role

Leadpoint Business Services is immediately hiring General Laborers to work as Screen Cleaners to ensure the screening equipment on our sorting machinery is properly cleaned and operable on every shift. These are full-time positions in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure screening equipment on sorting machinery is properly cleaned and operable.
• Remove jammed materials on screening equipment to ensure efficient run time during production hours.
• Learn and comply with LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and other site-specific safety procedures.
• Use handheld tools safely and correctly.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must consent to a drug screen (this is a drug-free workplace, testing for THC).
• Must consent to a background check.
• Ability to be reliable and hard-working.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed.
• Entry-level workers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $18.00 per hour.
• Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance benefits after 60 days of employment.
