Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design: Design eye-catching social media creatives, flyers, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva.
• Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, videos) for social platforms.
• AI Asset Generation: Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to create usable videos, images, and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Copywriting & Scripting: Write engaging captions, video scripts, blog posts, descriptions, and promotional content.
• Social Media & Community Management: Schedule uploads, manage day-to-day social media channels, monitor audience engagement, and support lead generation.
• Performance & SEO: Basic SEO optimization for video descriptions and blogs, track performance metrics, and prepare weekly reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Canva skills for creating professional creatives, flyers, carousels, and thumbnails.
• Proficiency in at least one video editing software such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or VN.
• Strong English for independent writing of blogs, captions, descriptions, scripts, and other content.
• Deadline-Oriented and disciplined with deadlines, especially for scheduled video uploads and content delivery.
• Ownership & Creativity: Proactive, independent, and enthusiastic about exploring new ideas, trends, and content formats.
• Willingness to Learn: Curious, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy experimenting with new tools and ideas.
