About the Role

The Teacher role at Jishnutattva is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to diverse learners.
• Effective Lesson Planning skills, including designing structured, goal-oriented learning activities.
• Clear Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and engage learners respectfully.
• Training and mentoring abilities, supporting learner development and continuous improvement.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certifications or licenses are an advantage.
• Experience in classroom management.
• Experience in learner assessment.
• Experience using basic educational technology tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, demonstrating reliability, time management, and collaboration.
