About the Role

The Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding. This position is an opportunity to work with MiniMed’s Diabetes business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and programs integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage data in product and systems applications.
• Develops and communicates descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights/algorithms.
• Uses machine language and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis) to develop and evaluate algorithms for improving product/system performance, quality, data management, and accuracy.
• Translates algorithms and technical specifications into code using current programming languages and technologies.
• Completes programming, implements efficiencies, and performs testing and debugging.
• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Applies deep learning technologies to enhance computer capabilities in visualization, learning, and responding to complex situations.
• Adapts machine learning to areas such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, robotics, and other products for interactive user experiences.
• Works with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.

Qualifications

• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. • 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) for degrees earned outside of the United States).
