Wedding Planner

About the Role

RAHÉ Collective is a tech-enabled modern event house dedicated to designing thoughtful, high-impact celebrations. This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Planner role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end wedding planning, including timeline creation, vendor coordination, venue selection support, décor oversight, and detailed execution on the event day.
• Translate client visions into structured plans.
• Manage budgets.
• Prepare proposals.
• Maintain accurate documentation across the event lifecycle.
• Liaise with venues, caterers, designers, and other partners to ensure alignment with client expectations and RAHÉ’s operational standards.
• Conduct client meetings.
• Resolve issues proactively.
• Monitor logistics.
• Deliver a calm, organized presence to ensure seamless, high-quality wedding experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Planning and Event Planning skills to structure timelines, workflows, and logistics for complex, multi-day weddings.
• Specialized Wedding Planning experience, including vendor management, ceremony and reception coordination, and guest experience design.
• Budgeting skills to create, track, and optimize event budgets while maintaining financial transparency for clients.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital planning tools or project management software is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are beneficial.
• High attention to detail is beneficial.
• Experience in luxury or high-end events, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in events, hospitality, or management is preferred.
