About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
- Coordinate between buyers and vendors to manage sampling, approvals, and bulk production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Track order status.
- Ensure timely sourcing of fabric, trims, and accessories that meet quality standards.
- Monitor fit samples, lab dips, and pre-production samples.
- Ensure accurate communication of specifications and technical details.
- Support the creation of TNA (Timeline of Action) and cost negotiations.
- Follow up on shipments.
- Resolve production issues to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, fabrics, trims, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage production timelines.
- Ability to track orders.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in merchandising or production within the apparel or textile industry is preferred.
- Formal education in fashion, textiles, merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
