About the Role
ADI Innovations is a DPIIT-recognised AI startup from Telangana. We build AI video ads, AI agents, websites and web apps, RAG systems, MCPs, AI solutions for schools and colleges, and run "Learn to Earn with AI" classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Find businesses, schools, colleges, and individuals who need our services.
- Pitch our services and manage the client end-to-end, from first call to final payment.
- Share all client details; work will be delivered, and the founder will personally answer client questions.
- Bring at least 1 lead per day.
Pay Structure
- Commission only, no fixed stipend.
- Earn a share of every deal brought in, paid once the client pays, on the project amount after expenses, on both advance and final payments.
- Commission slabs:
- 50% of the first Rs 10,000
- 20% of Rs 10,000 to 20,000
- 15% of Rs 20,000 to 1 lakh
- 10% of Rs 1 lakh to 2 lakh
- 7% of Rs 2 lakh to 5 lakh
- 5% above Rs 5 lakh
