About the Role
- Position: Branch Internship Gold Loan Executive
- Duration: 6 Months (Stipend-based)
- Location: Nearest branch to your home (within a 5km to 10km radius)
- Career Growth: Successfully complete the 6-month internship to get promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).
Salary & Compensation
- During Internship: Stipend based ₹12,300 to ₹14,000
- Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses)
Eligibility
- Education: Graduate Freshers (Any degree)
- Batch: Passed out between 2023 and 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones, and running local promotional activities through in-house calls.
Skills
- Strong communication in your local/regional language.
- Friendly, customer-first attitude.
